3. Clinical-Trial Eligibility
InvestigatorX does not determine whether a person is eligible for a clinical trial.
Information submitted through InvestigatorX may be used to identify research opportunities that appear potentially relevant.
Final screening, eligibility, informed consent and enrollment decisions are made by the research site conducting the clinical study.
5. Service Providers
InvestigatorX may use technology and service providers to host, secure, maintain and support the service. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to InvestigatorX and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

InvestigatorX uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.

9. Clinical Research Sites and Other Organizations
Research sites, investigators, healthcare providers and study sponsors may maintain their own privacy practices and legal obligations.
When information is transferred to another organization at your request or with your authorization, that organization's privacy practices may apply to its subsequent handling of the information.
